8 - Week Summer Strength & Conditioning Program for middle school & high school student-athletes.
3 Days Per Week
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
We want to make sure we prioritize our student-athletes training sessions. Therefore, long weekends offer no disruptions to weekend commitments. Wednesday nights off, as many student-athletes have summer leagues for certain sports usually in the middle of the week. Lastly, training three days week allows adequate amount of volume/stress necessary for young athletes to get proper muscle stimulus and recovery.
Training Session Lay Out
Each student-athlete is carefully moved into one of our 5-6 different groups (15-20 athletes per). These groups are based off of grade, age, & experience level. We believe it is essential for our athletes to be confident and comfortable working with others in similar circumstances to them. Every group will have a designated start time and end time with group 1 always starting first & group 5 being the last group to start. With five dedicated coaching on staff, each coach will be designated for a particular segment of the training session. This allows student-athletes and coaches to have a sense of continuity throughout the 8-week program.
